Teaching Philosophy
I believe Computer Science and Mathematics are best learned through exploration, problem-solving and practical application. My teaching focuses on helping students understand the logic behind a concept and then apply it independently.
Students Often Struggle With
Students often find programming and advanced Mathematics difficult when they focus only on the final answer rather than understanding the process. I encourage students to break complex problems into smaller steps and develop systematic approaches to solving them.
Favourite Part of Teaching
I enjoy watching students move from following solutions to creating their own. Seeing a student independently debug a program or solve a challenging problem is particularly rewarding.

Prem Raj Kumar is an international curriculum educator specialising in Computer Science, Mathematics and ICT. His teaching experience spans IB, IGCSE, AP and A-Level programmes. As a Google Certified Trainer, he also brings experience in educational technology and digital learning.
