Since joining TYCHR over four years ago, Saadiya has been instrumental in building and scaling both internal systems and student-facing functions. She has led the expansion of the academic advising division from a focused team of 35+ to a structured department of over 200 professionals. Under her leadership, the organization has supported more than 3,000 students and families globally, delivering personalized academic guidance aligned with each student’s goals and learning trajectory.

In her role, Saadiya oversees marketing strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring alignment between student acquisition, service quality, and long-term retention. She has played a key role in shaping revenue strategies, strengthening global partnerships, and refining TYCHR’s brand presence across digital and outreach channels.

Alongside her operational and marketing responsibilities, Saadiya serves as an Academic Advisor, leveraging her understanding of child pedagogy and learner psychology to enhance counselling frameworks and student support systems. Her experience across public relations, human resources, and education technology allows her to approach leadership with a holistic, people-first mindset.
