Sreevidya has been an IBDP Chemistry tutor for the last 20 years. She has worked as a teacher with different schools since 1997 upto 2023. She is into online tutoring from 2020. She has taught on various platforms to students across India, New Zealand ,Switzerland, Canada,Singapore and the UK.

Prior to that she worked as a TOK coordinator and Chemistry faculty for GPS Brookes,Kochi from 2020 to 2023 (Kerala-India). She taught IGCSE and AS and A level Chemistry generating excellent results since 2015. She was also an integral part of the team setting up Cambridge curriculum in Anand Niketan during 2010 to 2014.

Sreevidya believes that rapport with students is very important for a teacher. Identifying their weakness and planning lessons accordingly helps in increasing students’ confidence. Using visual media, simulations and onscreen experiments to help students understand the concepts.

Inquiry based learning – Asking questions that engage their thoughts and to draw conclusions on their own. Puzzles,Quizzes and games are another method used to make the learning interesting.

She likes to read, listen to music and watch films in various languages. She likes to travel in public transport to understand the culture and people when on vacation. She enjoys street food and cooking.
Her hobbies also include sewing,crocheting and kitchen gardening.
