Biography

Tahmina is an accomplished IB educator and examiner with more than eight years of experience teaching across the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programmes. She specialises in English A, English B and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).

She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management from ADA University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the Azerbaijan University of Languages. Her professional development includes multiple IB Category 2 and Category 3 workshops, giving her a strong understanding of IB teaching and assessment practices.

Tahmina’s teaching combines inquiry-driven learning, global perspectives and creativity with structured preparation aligned with IB assessment criteria. She has also served as an IB Examiner for the TOK Exhibition and English B Internal Assessment and has supervised Extended Essays.
