Vartika is a PhD Scholar with extensive teaching and research experience of more than 14 years. She has worked with zIB, Cambridge, CBSE and American curriculum schools,* including experience of working as a visiting faculty with business schools and universities.
Her teaching methodology focuses on identifying the learning gaps by assessing the different skills of the learners and then designing the lesson plans to cater to their specific learning needs with appropriate use of teaching methodologies.
