Current Opening

We are hiring a Business Development Associate at our organisation TYCHR to take over the responsibility of conducting workshops and excelling in new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. We can elevate the job role after the term ends based on the value offered to the organisation.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Product/Service Marketing (Packages for IB/SAT/ACT/College Counseling) through attending meetings and workshops.
  • Contacting potential clients and visiting schools to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Improving sales and building relationships with different IB schools in India and making them aware of the new products.
  • Managing the training educators and helping team members develop their skills.

Experience : 0-2 years

TYCHR is actively looking for committed and seasoned educators to become valued members of our team, contributing on a part-time basis with a commitment of 14 hours per week. This role allows for remote work flexibility. Ideal candidates should bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructing the International Baccalaureate curriculum to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons in the respective IB subject area, ensuring alignment with the International Baccalaureate curriculum framework.
  • Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for students, catering to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Systematically assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the specific IB subject, facilitating effective learning experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues, fostering a conducive learning environment.
  • Dedicate 14 hours per week to fulfill teaching responsibilities, demonstrating punctuality and reliability in meeting commitments.
  • Effectively navigate and utilize remote teaching tools and platforms to ensure seamless delivery of lessons in an online environment.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the specified IB subject area, focusing on international board syllabus.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in delivering the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with students.
  • Strive for academic excellence and meet the standards set forth by the International Baccalaureate program.
  • Have access to the necessary technology and a conducive environment for remote teaching.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development and Content Creation based on the organisation domain (Edtech for IB/IGCSE/ACT/SAT/AP/College Counseling)
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Writing blogs on IB and related domains to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails
  • Provide creative ideas and content for marketing and update website.
  • Proof reading.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
